Wilson’s DanceSport International is the region’s top training facility and world-class ballroom dance studio and headed by Wilson Barrera, an undefeated world champion exhibition dancer, renowned coach and choreographer. Wilson Barrera’s goal in establishing his Sarasota studio in 1996 was to provide a training ground for excellence in all aspects of DanceSport, where students experience the benefits of physical conditioning, artistic expression and personal transformation through dance. His sought after instruction and mentoring have attracted a team of professional dance instructors uniquely qualified to train and prepare students for success in the world of DanceSport competition.
